Responsible Gaming
We encourage keeping gambling in perspective in Canada: it’s entertainment, not a solution. It shouldn’t replace income or be used to fix debts, and it can help to track both time and spend.
Navigation
If play stops feeling straightforward, setting limits early is often easier than trying to rein things in later. Our responsible gaming tools focus on deposit controls, stake caps, and time management.
Limits you can set anytime
You can set personal limits at any time to help keep spending and playtime predictable. Depending on the tool, limits can be set per day, week, or month.
- Deposit limit: caps deposits across a day, week, or month.
- Loss limit: caps losses against the original deposit, not later winnings.
- Wager limit: caps the total staked per day, week, or month.
- Session limit: caps playtime, with logout when the timer ends.
How loss limits are counted
Loss limits are measured from your initial deposit rather than your current balance. For example: deposit 75.00 CAD, set a 15.00 CAD loss cap, then win 1,500.00 CAD; you can still lose more than 15.00 CAD because the cap references the initial deposit.

Changing limits without surprises
Limit decreases apply right away, so tighter control starts immediately. For increases, we ask for email confirmation, and the higher limit will apply after the current same-type limit period ends.
Breaks and self-exclusion
Cooling-off is a temporary break with no deposits or promos during the period. Withdrawals are allowed, and the account reactivates automatically when the period ends.
Self-exclusion is a longer block that disables the account and removes it from promos. While self-exclusion is active, there are no deposits or withdrawals, and you won’t be able to log in or request withdrawals yourself.

KYC and age safeguards
This service is 18+ and may request proof of identity as part of KYC. If someone is underage, access is blocked immediately to protect minors.
