These Terms & Conditions for SpinRise in Canada explain eligibility, account use, payments, and how disputes are handled. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

We operate under Hollycorn N.V., registered in Curaçao (No. 144359) and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under license OGL/2023/176/0095. Unless stated otherwise, promotion and bonus timing is based on UTC.
Eligibility and regional access
You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age in your location (whichever is higher). You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful where you live.
- A list of Restricted Countries is not permitted to deposit or play for real money.
- Players in Sweden and Finland are not eligible for bonuses.
- Some studios and specific titles are unavailable in certain regions, with additional limits for Canada and Ontario.
- Using a VPN or similar tools to bypass regional restrictions is prohibited and may lead to confiscation.
Account rules and verification
Only one account is allowed per person. Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. If information is false, incomplete, or misleading, we may suspend, refuse, or close the account.
We may request KYC documents and perform a phone check. Identity checks can be required before payouts, and your phone number must be verified to request withdrawals.
When KYC is requested, completion is mandatory. If KYC is not completed within 40 days, we may lock the account and winnings may be forfeited under the applicable deadlines.
Deposits, currencies, and wagering of funds
We support EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, plus selected cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, and DOGE. In Canada, transactions are commonly made in CAD, and amounts may be shown in CAD equivalents when available.
Deposits typically start around CAD 20.00 (or the listed equivalent). Third-party payments are prohibited. Deposits made without play may incur processing fees at our discretion.
Wagering before cash-out
- Most games: 3× total bets before cash-out.
- Table and live games: 10× total bets before cash-out.
- We are not a bank; balances do not earn interest and we do not provide exchange services.
Withdrawals, timing, and payout structure
Withdrawals typically start around CAD 50.00 (or the listed equivalent). Our payments team aims to process withdrawal requests within 48 hours, while banks and payment networks may take additional time.
- Payment networks can take up to 5 business days to complete processing.
- Bank transfer payouts are usually completed within 7 banking days; intermediary fees may apply.
- If a payment method has per-transaction limits, larger payouts may be issued in parts.
- Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
Refund requests and timelines
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if you allege unauthorized access. KYC documentation may be required before a refund is completed.
Where applicable, card withdrawals up to the total deposited may be returned as refunds first, and any remaining balance may be paid using another available method. Refunds usually complete within 5–7 banking days.
Promotions and anti-fraud rules
Bonus availability depends on country rules and eligibility checks. Breaches of promotion terms, multi-accounting, chargebacks, stolen cards, forged documents, or other advantage play may result in bonus removal and account closure.
We may investigate collusion, chargebacks, multiple accounts, and low-risk betting patterns. Do not exploit software errors; report issues when noticed.
Errors, liability, and recordkeeping
Gambling carries a risk of loss. We are not responsible for hardware, software, or connectivity issues that prevent access or affect displayed outcomes. If on-screen results differ from our records, server logs determine outcomes.
If a wager, payout, or credit occurs in error, we may cancel or re-settle affected bets and reverse funds that were wrongly credited. Any claim related to these Terms must be filed within 1 year.
Dormant accounts
If you do not log in for 12 months, the account becomes inactive. A monthly admin fee may be deducted until the balance reaches zero, or until the account is reactivated.
Complaints, disputes, and arbitration
For complaints, contact support through the available channels. Only the account holder may file a complaint, and unresolved issues are escalated internally.
Disputes are settled by arbitration in Cyprus under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
